Where authentic Self-discovery and embodiment come together

Integrating Internal Family Systems, Somatics & Life-coaching for connection, purpose and growth

Hi, I’m Nadine!

My mission is to be a supportive guide for others on their inner revolution towards greater authenticity and a deeper sense of self. Besides coaching, I love to create spaces where folks can take of their masks, practice authenticity with each other and embody compassion and curiosity.

I come to this work having experienced deep suffering and ultimately dedicating my life’s work to finding ways to grow and transform.
I am neurodivergent and highly sensitive, who has struggled with (C)PTSD, domestic abuse, and addiction. Having experienced the rollercoaster that is called life in many highs and lows, I hold zero judgment in my practice.

I have a non-pathologizing approach, meaning I don’t believe there is anything wrong with you. You already have all the wisdom, curiosity and compassion within you to grow and transform your life. I am just here to help you access it.

You are not your illnesses, disorders, or addictions - they are part of you. You are not your emotions - your sadness, your anxiety, your fears, they too, are part of you, but they are not fully representative of you.

Navigating life, relationships and our bodies can be quite the challenge.

We all aspire to happiness, health, and success, but often find ourselves trapped in limiting patterns and with a lack of resources.

You might recognize wanting to change something in your life, having a clear view and then ‘sabotaging’ yourself away from creating what you want.

Perhaps your personal challenges also include….

  • The need to overly control yourself and others by overthinking, being rigid or perfectionistic.

  • Pushing through, going over your capacity even when your body is telling you differently.

  • Feeling unsafe within your body, having the need to suppress or ignore your inner experience.

  • Trouble with expressing yourself authentically, fear of being too much and for how others might respond.

  • Prioritizing other people’s needs over your own, leaving yourself feeling unseen and unworthy.

We all have parts that can take over the ‘driver’s seat’, creating difficulty for us, and we tend to shame, reject and hide them to feel more at ease and to be more likeable. Unfortunately this strategy doesn’t last and often creates more difficulty in our lives.

What if you could get to know these parts on a deeper level, discovering what they do for you, and find a way to relate to them?

Imagine a life where you are in charge of your own path, where you have the ability to notice your internal world and respond, instead of react.

Where you have a strong sense of Self, feeling grounded and safe in your own body and in the world.

Where you have transformed your Self-sabotaging parts into parts that now flourish & support you in your journey.

Developing the skill of relating to all parts of yourself and creating a harmonious internal family system is how you can leave outdated protection mechanisms and unwanted life choices behind you. Learning how to be curious and compassionate instead of continuing the battle against yourself, ultimately liberating you and empowering you into Self-leadership.
