Integrative Coaching
My sessions will invite you to dive deeper within yourself, to reach curiosity and compassion for all of your parts and to alchemize shame into power, authenticity & Self-leadership.
✔ You desire deep healing, rather than simply learning to manage triggers.
✔ You want to replace your self-criticism with Self-compassion.
✔ You want to feel like you are living life, instead of being lived by life.
✔ You want to speak your truth, share your voice and step into your power.
✔ You want to stop hustling and start receiving.
✔ You want to feel seen while developing the ability to validate yourself.
✔ You want to empower and enrich your relationships, your work and your life.
1:1 Integrative Coaching
These sessions consist of a bottom-up approach. This means that our focus initially lies on what happens in the body, rather than only what happens in the mind. By extending our awareness to the body, we are able to go deeper than our thoughts, explore our feelings and make sense of our emotions. We may also find the capacity to process experiences from our past, therefore creating more expansion in our body.
In sessions I will use the tools of holistic life coaching, Internal Family Systems, somatic trauma therapy, authentic relating and mindfulness.
My goal as your coach is to guide you towards Self-leadership, ultimately empowering you to become your own main-caregiver and coach!
Modalities
I am an integrative coach, which means I offer a synergy of diverse healing modalities, creating a tailored frame work for each individual on their unique journey.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as a system of interconnected parts, or "subpersonalities." These subpersonalities can be protective, exiled, or manager parts, each with their own unique roles and perspectives. IFS therapy helps individuals identify and heal these parts, promoting greater inner harmony and well-being.
-
Holistic life coaching is a comprehensive approach that addresses the whole person, considering their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It helps clients identify and achieve their goals by addressing all aspects of their life.
-
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-based psychotherapy approach that helps people heal from trauma by addressing the physical sensations and stored emotions associated with traumatic experiences. SE focuses on helping individuals release these stored tensions in a safe and controlled manner, leading to greater emotional regulation and overall well-being.
-
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It involves bringing awareness to your thoughts, feelings, and sensations in a non-reactive way.
-
Authentic relating is a form of communication and connection that emphasizes honesty, openness, and vulnerability. It involves being present with yourself and others, expressing your true thoughts and feelings, and listening actively to the experiences of others.
The Details
-
Each session is 60 minutes.

I believe mental health support should be accessible for everyone, regardless of class or income. For this reason I use a sliding scale for my services. The sliding scale aims to address systemic inequalities by ensuring access to services is not solely dependent on income.
Please be mindful about choosing your tier. Being honest with yourself and your financial situation when engaging with sliding scale practices grows strong and sustainable communities. It also respects the work of teachers and creators, like myself, that have rent to pay and make a living.
My model is inspired by the Green Bottle Model from Worts + Cunning.
Option 1 €100 per session (supporter rate)
* If you have access to financial security, own property, or have personal savings;
* If you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worrying about securing necessities in your life;
* If you have economic privilege and power in our community, this price is for you.
By choosing this price, you support equitable access for others.
Option 1 €85 per session (normal rate)
* If you have access to financial security, own property, or have personal savings.
* If you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worrying about securing necessities in your life.
Option 2 €65 per session (discounted rate)
* You may be paying off debt or working to build savings, but you also have access to steady income.
* You do NOT spend most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, childcare, etc.
* Making this investment might mean you might have to cut back on some discretionary spending in your life (such as going out to dinner, buying coffee, buying a new outfit, or going on vacation), but the sacrifice is short-term, and will not harm you in the long term.
* If you, however, can ask others for financial support, such as family members, partners, or friends, please consider using those personal resources first.
Option 3 €50 - €30 per session(discounted rate)
You have access to basic needs such as food, housing, and childcare, though sometimes it may feel difficult. Paying another price category would put a potential risk to providing for your basic needs.
