Queer Addiction Circle - A Free Online Gathering

Join us for this monthly Queer Addiction Circle - An online gathering where we come together to learn how to feel safer.

Suffering from addiction often feels isolating, lonely and hopeless. Finding help can be challenging and many approaches are pathologizing and inherently shaming. This ends up creating more isolation and more challenges to get out of these vicious cycles.

I’d like to invite you to an informal gathering, where we will mindfully approach our experiences with addiction in from a non-pathologizing perspective, developing more curiosity and compassion for our inner world. Addiction is automatic and compulsive. With mindfulness and self-awareness we can set the tone for the change we want in our lives. With these gatherings I hope to offer you a space where all of you is welcome, a space where you are not judged but seen with loving-kindness.

This meeting will not focus on just one specific addiction and therefore all addictions, from substances to porn, to social media, love addiction and more, are welcome!

What to expect:

  • Short teachings on addiction from an un-shaming perspective.

  • Self-awareness practice; can be gentle meditation, somatic practice or journaling.

  • Sharing: opportunity to express your thoughts and feelings and be a witness for others.

Important!
This is no substitute for therapy, nor is this meant for people in crisis.
If you are in crisis, please find help here.

About your host

Hi, I’m Nadine (they/them)
I’m a Berlin-based Integrative Coach and Facilitator, deeply passionate about helping people de-pathologize their inner worlds and (re-)connect with their authenticity. My work centers on cultivating radical compassion and curiosity, guiding individuals out of survival mode and into spaces of genuine connection and growth. I like to think of my workshops as ‘adult playgrounds’—places where we can practice authenticity and healing in a safe, experimental space before stepping into the challenges of the ‘real world.’

As a neurodivergent and highly sensitive person who has faced PTSD, domestic abuse, and multiple addictions, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of breaking taboos and transforming shame into strength. I blend vulnerability, humor, and a playful approach to tackle difficult topics, creating a safe, supportive space for deep emotional engagement and transformative growth.
