Embodied Connection

Embodied Connection is a weekly gathering where we come together to explore the connection to ourselves and others through the lens of embodiment and authenticity.

Imagine developing a deeper connection between your mind and body, deepening your self-awareness, being able to stay present with both your triggers and your pleasure, expressing yourself more authentically in your daily interactions and stepping into your power to direct your life in your desired direction. Are you excited already?

Now imagine coming together with other humans who share that same desire to evolve and connect. Together we drop the external noise, allowing us to tune into what’s real and true in the moment.

Whether you’re shy, outgoing, silent, or bold— or a little bit of everything — a yogi master or a curious beginner into the world of embodiment - this is a space where all of you is welcome!

Here you are invited to a process of challenging your limited beliefs, releasing societal expectations, shed self-judgment, and meet your shadows with curiosity and compassion. A process that will support you in your journey toward Self-leadership and authentic expression.

What you can expect:

Each week will be different, but always inspired by the different modalities I work with.

I blend various practices from the field of Authentic Relating, Somatics, Neo-Tantra, Mindfulness, Psychodrama, and Internal Family Systems.

I will offer both solo- and partner practices.

• FINDING SAFETY IN THE BODY • EMBODIMENT • MEDITATION • SLOWING DOWN • BOUNDARIES & CONSENT • COMMUNICATION SKILLS • MOVEMENT • SOUND • BREATH • PLAY • EMOTIONAL PROCESSING • EXPRESSION • SHARING • INTEGRATION •

A safe(r) space:

Authenticity and Self-agency are the pillars of this space.

Everything I offer is optional and the practice will be gently guided, suitable for beginners as well as for more advanced practitioners who wish to practice regularly. I am trauma-sensitive and will always have an assistant to serve as extra support in the space.

There will be no extreme loud sounds or bright lights and there are always opportunities to withdraw, either in the ‘chill out corner’ (including my favorite stuffed animal) or outside of the practice room. I am neurodivergent and highly sensitive myself, so comfort is a high priority. I often felt like workshop spaces were ‘not for me’ and I was just ‘too sensitive’. Too many people, too loud, too fast of a pace. This is one of the big reasons why I created this space. So we can all feel (more) included.

What to bring

  • Loose, comfy clothes that allow you to move freely. Choose something that makes you feel good and doesn't take up a lot of your mindspace. If you're unsure about the vibe, feel free to bring extra clothes to change into if your mood shifts.

  • Water bottle

  • Journal/ pen (optional)

Payment + register info:

I believe community and self-development should be accessible for everyone, regardless of class or income. For this reason I use a sliding scale for my offerings. The sliding scale represents the idea that financial resources, including income, are not and should not be the only determining factor in whether or not someone can access services/care/etc. It also seeks to address the systemic inequalities of class in our culture.
