End of Year Ritual

As the year draws to a close, we're invited to pause and reflect. This is a time to honor the journey we've taken, to acknowledge both the triumphs and challenges. It's a moment to celebrate the lessons learned, the growth experienced, and set intentions for the year ahead.

We often get caught up in the daily grind, neglecting our own needs. This ritual provides an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with ourselves.

You are invited to look back at the last year; what has happened, what is to celebrate, what are you ready to let go off.

You are invited to notice the new beginning; what can happen, what do you want to happen and what will you need.

What you can expect:

  1. Guided meditative journey.

  2. Guided self-inquiry through journaling.

  3. Partner practices.

  4. Group ritual.

  5. Sharing & Closing.

A safe(r) space:

Authenticity and self-agency are the pillars of this space.

Everything I offer is optional and the practice will be gently guided, suitable for beginners as well as for more advanced practitioners.

There will be no extreme loud sounds or bright lights and there are always opportunities to withdraw, either in the ‘chill out corner’ (including my favorite stuffed animal) or outside of the practice room. I am neurodivergent and highly sensitive myself, so comfort is a high priority. I often felt like workshop spaces were ‘not for me’ and I was just ‘too sensitive’. Too many people, too loud, too fast of a pace. This is one of the big reasons why I created this space. So we can all feel (more) included.

What to bring

  • Loose, comfy clothes that allow you to move freely. Choose something that makes you feel good and doesn't take up a lot of your mind space. If you're unsure about the vibe, feel free to bring extra clothes to change into if your mood shifts.

  • Water bottle

  • Journal/ pen (important!)

Payment + register info:

I believe community and self-development should be accessible for everyone, regardless of class or income. For this reason I use a sliding scale for my offerings. The sliding scale represents the idea that financial resources, including income, are not and should not be the only determining factor in whether or not someone can access services/care/etc. It also seeks to address the systemic inequalities of class in our culture.

The studio is located on the 5th floor. Unfortunately there is no elevator, so you’ll have to be able to walk up and down the stairs. You’ll find the studio in the second backyard. Take the outdoor stairs up to the front door of the building.

If you have any access needs or specific questions and concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. You can contact me via Telegram or E-mail.
